•      Exceeded 100% of indirect sales target in 2015/16 and attended President’s club

•    Mentored nine staff whilst consolidating extensive ineffective partner network across Asia Pacific.   

•    Established Australian Data Centre for Service Management Cloud offering. Reported to Senior Vice President of International and part of the Executive Management team 

•    Managing +$4M in revenue and 250 customers including Department of Defence, City of Melbourne and DBS Bank in Singapore

OBJECT CONSULTING (InfoMedix Division)  1/2011 - 12/2013

General Manager - InfoMedix   Health IT

•    Managed all aspects of the business unit (25 staff) which developed, support implemented and sold InfoMedix, an awarding winning digitised medical records solution, used by over 46,000 clinical staff in over 60 Australian healthcare sites

•   Worked with Eastern Health to win Government grant to develop an electronic referral system as part of the Federal Government My Health Record initiative whilst preparing the InfoMedix entity for trade sale.

•       Launched Australian base Cloud Digital Health Record offering to market


SOFTWARE OF EXCELLENCE  6/2009 - 12/2010

General Manager - ANZ  Health IT

•    Provided practice management software for the dental industry across ANZ, effectively maintained and operated +$AU 4M in revenue with a +25% operating margin while managing and guiding staff of 26 employees.

•       Expanded operation into Asia with first sale into Hong Kong


BMC SOFTWARE  1995 - 2008

Vice President of Marketing - Asia Pacific  System and Service Management 

•    Recruited by former manager at Oracle as ANZ Channel Manager and then promoted multiple times. Appointed to Vice President position after a history making unanimous vote from Senior Executive Management team.   (First time they all agreed on an appointment)

•        Recipient of three APAC Public Relations Awards, four 100% clubs and a President’s Club

•    Provided multi-faceted support with opening international offices, including Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan, Korea, Mainland China and India.  This included M&A activity to increase penetration into certain markets.

•      Managed a marketing budget of $3 million across Asia Pacific region with staff in India, Japan, China (both mainland and Hong Kong), Korea, Singapore,  New Zealand and Australia.

•    Completed several comprehensive global projects, launching first localised product into mainland China and opening multi-lingual contact centre based in Melbourne.

•      Managed multiple teams of sales, pre-sales, marketing, product management and inside sales professionals.
